Sorry for yet another comment but why is my profile state I am born December 3rd? Yet when I edit it, it says December 2nd (correct date)? Just thought I'd let you know. Not sure if it has anything to do with time zones.

I was trying to find some of my downloads that I made on my previous console but currently there are like 500 items to scroll through in my download history. Anyway, thanks for the response. :)

@ litheon Yes this is a replacement Elite from MS. This is my 2nd Elite replcement since Apr 07. I'm honestly more concerned with my Rock Band tracks than anything else.

Has anyone had a RB party without the interwebz? Very embarassing having to explain that you can't use any of the 90+ songs that have an arrow next to them.

@Thorpe89 If I understand what you're saying correctly, no. I'm pretty sure in all circumstances you will still need to explicitly download the files to the replacement console.

@HazyCloud You are trying this on a replacement console correct? This doesn't work automatically.

@DustoMan I don't see why it wouldn't work the second time, but I'll ask around.

PS - for all newly downloaded items, are they exempt from these steps as they may have the updated licensing rules? I hope you understand what I mean. :)
